Long distance remote assistance
To propose a remote technical assistance from a PC is with modem and a telephone line.
Once the link between the PC from LOIRE SERVICE and the PLC of the press has been established, the LOIRE SERVICE technician can take control of the program , just as if he were sitting in front of it. This means the he can check, modify the data and the machine parameters, detect possible errors and immediately carry out the necessary corrections.
You profit the advantage of the know-how of an experienced technician without the need for this person to be present on site, saving valuable time and avoiding considerable expenses.
Annual inspection of security
To offer the revision of the safety hydraulic system , of the electrical safety circuits, of the holding elements, of the stopping times, of the light guards safety distances, of the enclosures of the press or the enclosure, etc...
Spare parts service
To have an spare parts department that works quickly for preparing and sending the original parts by urgent means. All of them for avoiding any shutdown of production.
Preventive and corrective maintenance
To propose a Preventive Maintenance Contract with a plan of regular visits. In theses visits our technicians check the different elements of the press following a check list procedure, identifying potential problems and proposing solutions. To file an historical of maintenance interventions done for future displacements.
To provide a Corrective Maintenance Service for assuring a quick reply to the eventual problems.
Training to the personnel
To give theorical and practical training courses to take advantage of the machine possibilities to the maximum. All of them in benefit of a greater productivity.
Rebuilding and retrofitting
To propose retrofitting of old machines that allow to optimize its benefits in a competitive price. Among others we can mention : assembly of operators panels, of electronic rules for measuring the different effects and of hydraulic motor pumps for increasing the productivity, mounting of a guides greasing system, integration of parallelism control system and dumping devices system, substitution of lower fixed bolster by moving bolsters, installation of quick tools clamping systems, etc…
Automation / Assembly of robots / Transfer
To offer loading and unloading feeding systems by means of robots, transfers, feeders, etc…. and Integration of them in the press for increasing its production.
Transfer of presses
To make fast transfer (dissembling and assembling of the presses in the new premises) done by specialized personnel from the manufacturer, reducing the time required for restart the production.
