By its vocation, LOIRE SAFE has always kept a Research and Development activity done through its Mechanical and Automatism Technical Office.It has continuously maintained an active attitude to the market replying quickly to its news demands in machinery and also in retrofitting and constant modernization of its own processes.
The main activity of Research and Development has a big qualitative importance due to the fact that LOIRE SAFE is in position of doing an effort to install a process of constant innovating technology and long term.
On one hand, the cooperation with technological Centres will be strengthened . The execution with their collaboration in news ambitious projects must be a long term collaboration process with these centres (a plan of technological innovation for the next five years is foreseen).
On the other hand, the vocational tendency of the company to the innovation and the research of new models of hydraulic presses for satisfying the markets needs and the continuous improvement of the existing models must be systematized .This systematization will be a suitable channel for increasing the efficiency in this field and for doing the innovation activity more planned and in a long term.
Within this strategic policy for the research and development at the present time it’s done the hiring of upper grade engineers with contract in practice and of technical engineers that receive an important training in electrical and hydraulic automatism. LOIRE SAFE future must go through training courses and for a constant planned with high technical level young personnel and the collaboration with Technological Centres.
