HISTORY
LOIRE SAFE , the biggest Spanish manufacturer of HYDRAULIC PRESSES, is based since 1.962 in HERNANI , near SAN SEBASTIAN. Its main activity is the design and the production of HYDRAULIC PRESSES and LINES OF PRESSES as well as the AUTOMATION / INTEGRATION OF PRESSES.
The workshop has important facilities that allows to do the full manufacturing process including the design, the heavy machining,the assembly, the starting up, etc…
Reliable , efficient and quality solutions have been developed by our technical department during these years.
The latest hydraulic and electronical technologies used by LOIRE SAFE as well as the good quality price rate of our presses make our customers being pleasantly surprised by our know how.

The main application fields of our pressed are the following:
- Sheet metal forming : HOT or COLD STAMPING, CUTTING / PUNCHING, etc…
- Tools TRY OUT , prototypes, preseries.
- FORGING (preforming hot or cold calibrating , trimming).
- PLASTIC and COMPOSITES MOULDING / COMPRESSION (high and low pressure).
- DIE SPOTTING.
The range of equipment supplied by LOIRE SAFE includes the AUTOMATION of Presses and the INTEGRATION of Line of Hydraulic Presses for SHEET METAL HOT STAMPING for the automotive industry.
